| FREE Shipping Policy HarborPowerHouse.com offers FREE shipping storewide with order exceeding $99 and no handling fees on most items. This means when you see the free shipping logo your item ships for free via UPS ground. FREE shipping applies to orders shipped UPS ground to the lower 48 continental United States. PO Box, FPO/APO, HI, AK, CAN, PR and International orders are not available. If a shipping charge applies, it is displayed during the first stage of the checkout process. All new Honda product deliveries must be accomplished at our Powerhouse location. Merchandise Return Policy Let us know why you are returning an item so we can speed your refund or exchange. Please email or call (269-927-6186) to get a Return Goods Authorization #. All returns received within 30 days receive full credit excluding shipping and handling. All shipping cost for returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise returned must be in saleable condition including original packaging. All apparel must not be worn or laundered. All Powersports products are non-refundable and may only be exchanged unless found to be of manufacturing defect and we cannot find another replacement. |
